We play through light rain. If the weather turns unsafe — heavy rain, lightning or a waterlogged pitch — matches may be paused, shortened or moved to another time; safety always comes first. If a session is called off we'll message your team through your private team link with what happens next, and a weather rescheduling never costs you extra.

Before your registration is confirmed and paid, you can cancel for a full refund. Once it's confirmed and paid, the registration fee is non-refundable if your team withdraws or doesn't show up — except where we cancel the event (you get a full refund) or in a genuine exceptional circumstance (reviewed case by case).

Squad sizes depend on your age group and the match format (for example 7-a-side or 9-a-side). We'll confirm the exact minimum and maximum for your category — including how many substitutes you can name — on your team page and in your team pack before match day, so you can plan your roster.

Yes. Each player's age group is set by their date of birth when you add them to your squad, and we may ask to see proof — an IC, passport or birth certificate — on match day. A player who can't show valid proof of age when asked may not be allowed to play in that age group, so every team competes fairly.
